Return Policy
We are not allowed to accept returns on food and confectionery products once they are delivered. However, we have a policy listed below that may help in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Refund Policy/Sweet Guarantee You and those who receive your gifts must be satisfied, or we'll make it right with an appropriate replacement, refund, or store credit. We make every effort to ensure that each CandyOfTheMonthClub.comTM package is shipped according to schedule with the proper contents. However, we must reserve the right to make product and packaging substitutions of equal or greater value depending on availability. We can not accept returns on personalized gifts.
a.) If your package contents are damaged upon delivery, please notify us immediately. We will either ship a new package or give you a store credit.
b.) When you receive your UPS tracking number e-mail, an estimated delivery date is included within the e-mail. Please make a note of this estimated delivery date. If your package does not arrive on time please contact UPS and provide your tracking number. UPS can assist you with locating your package. If your package is confirmed as lost by UPS please contact us immediately and we will ship a new package overnight the next business day.
c.) We cannot provide a replacement, a refund, or a store credit if the shipping address provided to us is incorrect or incomplete. A missing apartment number or an incorrect street address can cause your package to be undeliverable at your expense (please double check all shipping information prior to finalizing your order). |
