What happens after I place an order? When your order is placed on our web site, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will have an online order confirmation number on it. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to CandyOfTheMonthClub.comTM. Most orders received by 3:00 pm EST will be picked up by UPS the same day. If your order is placed after 3:00 pm EST it will be processed on the following business day. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been received by CandyOfTheMonthClub.comTM. return to top of page
What if I do not receive an order confirmation via e-mail? You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after CandyOfTheMonthClub.comTM receives your order. If you do not receive this message within about 30 minutes of placing your order, there might be a delay on the web due to traffic. Please be sure you enter your e-mail address correctly when you order, or else the delivery confirmation cannot be sent. If you enter your e-mail correctly and do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact us at (877) 925-GIFT. Can I change the delivery address? We will be happy to change the delivery address as long as your order has not been delivered or is not on its way to being delivered. When making changes, please call us at (877) 925-GIFT. You must provide your order confirmation number when calling. If your package is on it's way to being delivered and you absolutely must change the address, there will be a fee charged by UPS to re-route the package. If it is possible, we will provide you with the fee amount, if you agree to pay the fee, UPS will re-route the package. return to top of page
Is it safe to use my credit card online? We encrypt your information using GeoTrust® SSL (secure socket layer) technology. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a blue bar at the top of the browser window and an unbroken key or lock icon at the bottom corner of the window. CandyOfTheMonthClub.comTM does not rent or sell information we receive from our website orders or ClubMember registrations to third parties. Can I cancel an order? If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact our customer service department immediately at (877) 925-GIFT. return to top of page
Which credit cards are accepted? We accept a variety of credit cards including American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and VISA. We also accept PayPal. return to top of page
When will my credit card be charged? CandyOfTheMonthClub.comTM will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed, transferred securely to CandyOfTheMonthClub.comTM and your credit card or PayPal account will be charged. return to top of page
What was the total charged to my credit card? When you place your order online, you are presented with the price of the merchandise as well as the shipping charge that is applicable. Immediately following receipt of your order, you will be sent an order confirmation via e-mail. This e-mail will include an itemized list of the charges. Any discount coupons or gift certificates that may have been applied will be reflected in the e-mail you receive. Where do I get coupons? We offer coupons to ClubMembers through our e-mail list and at times in our product packages. You can become a ClubMember by making a purchase and allowing us to place you on our e-mail list, or by going to CandyOfTheMonthClub.comTM and looking for the join box at the bottom left of the page. CandyOfTheMonthClub.comTM coupons when issued will have expiration dates. return to top of page
Why isn't your site working with my browser? Ordering from our site does not require the latest and greatest technology, but it does require your browser settings to be SSL-compliant (this means it has a "secure" mode.) Web TV and some browsers behind company firewalls will not always support secure ordering. You can always call us toll-free at (877) 925-GIFT and we will be glad to take your order over the phone. return to top of page
Where do you ship? We ship to all of the United States. At this time we do not ship internationally due to delays caused at customs when shipping food & confectionery products. return to top of page
How can I track my package? We ship nearly 100% of our packages using UPS. When your package(s) are picked up at our facility they will receive a tracking number. This tracking number is then automatically e-mailed to you using our UPS software. Tracking numbers are not e-mailed until the packages are picked up at our facility, typically after 5:00 pm EST, regardless of what time of day the order was placed.
